Hello!

We are delighted to announce that we re-opened on the 4th July and are adhering to government guidelines to keep you and our team safe.

To book an appointment please either call us (and leave a message if we do not answer, we are probably with a customer) or send an email. As you can imagine we have been very busy and if you do not hear from us immediately please do not worry, we haven’t forgotten you and will be in contact as soon as we can.

Please note that all of our services are by appointment only. At present, we are unable to accommodate any walk-in guests.

Colour
If your service includes colour we are skin testing everyone again. This is the advice from our colour manufacturer and insurer. When you book your appointment we will provide guidance on how the patch-test will work.

Booking
When you book and attend your appointment, you will be asked a series of screening questions:

 

  • Are you currently symptomatic with a cough or fever?

  • Have you been in contact with someone who is displaying symptoms or who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

  • Have you recently travelled to a country with a high prevalence of COVID-19?

If you answer yes to any of these questions we will need to defer your appointment. We ask that everyone is as honest as they can be in answering these questions because anyone attending who is infected with COVID-19 will result in the closure of the salon.

If after booking your appointment you become unwell or are self-isolating, we ask that you contact the salon to cancel your appointment as soon as possible.

Should you need to cancel, no cancellation fee or penalty will apply, however if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged.

Please note that for the time being we will NOT be providing the following services and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause: Weekly blow-dries, Children's haircuts or Colour corrections. In addition, we will be postponing the redemption of loyalty rewards, although you will still be able to collect loyalty points.

On Arrival
In order to reduce the number of people in the salon at any one time, we are applying the following procedures:

 

The salon door will be locked and we will only be allowing guests in if they have an appointment.

Please arrive promptly, at the time of your appointment. Please do not arrive ahead of your appointment time as we have removed the waiting area in order to help ensure social distancing guidelines can be followed.

  • When you arrive, please wait and your stylist will come to the door to welcome you.

  • If we are running late, we will call you.

  • Please attend alone. We also ask that you do not bring unnecessary items to the salon such as extra bags, coats and other belongings.

  • You will be asked to sanitise your hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitiser.

  • We also ask that all of our guests wear a mask. Please bring your own mask to your appointment.

  • You will be provided with a disinfected gown, a disposable towel and a colouring cape if needed.

  • Your stylist will work 1-to-1 with you as their only guest in the salon.

  • Each stylist will wear a visor and will have their own set of disinfected equipment to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

  • Appointment times will be longer and we will be allowing 15 minutes between appointments for cleaning and disinfecting.

  • Regrettably, we will not be able to serve drinks. We would encourage our guests to bring their own drink if they wish to. We do ask, however, that you take bottles with you as we cannot dispose of your waste.

  • Magazines will not be available, therefore please bring your own reading material.

Leaving the Salon
We ask that you pay by contactless card wherever possible. We will aim to do this at the station and hope that technology will not let us down!

Finally, as I'm sure you will understand we are facing rising running costs, set against the need to operate at a reduced capacity due to the restrictions placed upon us. We are therefore in the process of reviewing our prices.
