Our policies 

Whilst we understand things can come up last minute, we do require 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations, if you do cancel after the notice period we do reserve the right to charge you 50% of your appointment.  

For every 'on scalp' colour service we require you to have a patch test at least 48hours before your appointment, if a patch test is not done in this time frame your colour service will not be able to go ahead. 

With any service that requires extra time than usual, we do reserve the right to take £25 deposit at the time of booking, this will then be taken off your final amount.

With the rising cost of products, when extra product is needed there will be a small surcharge added to your bill.
